CPA UK hosted the Speaker of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, the Hon. Maree Edwards, for a visit to the UK Parliament.
The visit in April primarily focused on parliamentary standards and privileges. Members’ security & wellbeing was also discussed as well as the work of committees. The Speaker was accompanied by the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, Bridget Noonan.
Hon. Edwards was received by her counterpart, the Rt Hon. Sir Lindsay Hoyle MP, during her visit to the UK Parliament.
