Following its election, CPA UK is organising an induction programme for newly elected members of the Sierra Leone Parliament. The programme will build the skills and knowledge of new members. Themes will include:

• parliamentary practice and procedures
• the role of a member and of the opposition
• standards and ethics
• scrutiny and oversight and the role of committees

CPA UK will send out a delegation of parliamentarians and officials to facilitate the programme. The delegation will also have meetings with the new parliamentary leadership and administration.
