CPA UK is facilitating a cross-party delegation to Sierra Leone.

The visit will focus on tackling sexual violence and ending violence against women and girls (EVAWG). 

It will be in Freetown from Saturday 17 to Friday 23 October 2026.

The visit will bring together UK parliamentarians and members of the Sierra Leone Parliamentary Women's Caucus. They will exchange experiences and best practices on legislative approaches to sexual violence, parliamentary scrutiny, survivor-centred policy making, and constituency engagement. 

The programme will be an opportunity to engage directly with parliamentarians, parliamentary officials, civil society organisations, and other key stakeholders working to prevent and respond to sexual and gender-based violence.
