The Speaker of the Trinidad and Tobago House of Representatives visited the UK Parliament in early July. The visit began with a formal welcome from Sir Lindsay Hoyle, the Speaker of the House of Commons.

The Honourable Jagdeo Singh, Speaker of the Trinidad and Tobago House of Representatives, was welcomed by CPA UK for a day of meetings on parliamentary committee work.

This visit follows an active engagement with Trinidad and Tobago, as CPA UK delivered the Caribbean Clerks Programme and Caribbean Regional Workshop on Public Accounts Committee and Trade Scrutiny, both hosted by Trinidad and Tobago.
