Between 9 - 13 March 2026, CPA UK hosted the 74th Westminster Seminar on Effective
Parliaments, our annual flagship programme. 62 delegates attended, made up of
parliamentarians and parliamentary officials from across the Commonwealth, Overseas
Territories, and Crown Dependencies.

Discussions over the duration of the seminar gave delegates the opportunity to:

• enhance their ability to effectively scrutinise
• represent and deliver oversight in their respective parliaments
• develop tools to better adapt their work to a changing political and social landscape
