CPA UK will be hosting a Women in Trade Workshop for Parliamentarians across the Commonwealth.

CPA UK is organising a three-day long Women in Trade Workshop. Women parliamentarians from across the Commonwealth will come together in Westminster, to discuss the impact of trade agreements on gender equality, poverty alleviation and women of the Commonwealths economic empowerment. Discussions will centre around deepening participants technical knowledge of international trade – from how agreements are negotiated to how parliamentarians can exert influence over the process. The programme will also focus on parliamentarians’ leadership and communications skills.
