CPA UK is organising a virtual training course for future Short-Term Election Observers.

The training course is primarily for parliamentarians in the British Isles and Mediterranean Region (BIMR) and aims to increase participants’ understanding of the process of election observation, the role of election observers and CPA BIMR Election Observation Missions. No prior experience in election observation is required before joining. Before joining future CPA BIMR Election Observation Missions in UK Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies, Short-Term Observers are required to have completed this training programme. The deadline for nominations is Thursday 16 June.
