Project Assistants (x2) at Band D: £22,371 (entry point) to £25,212 (band maximum)

These are exciting roles in a busy and dynamic office in the heart of Parliament. The successful candidates will assist with the administration, planning, organisation, and logistics of projects, conferences, seminars, workshops, and forums. International delegate liaison, venue logistics, arranging hospitality and transport and collating information for printing and distribution as well as taking responsibility for other ad hoc tasks as they arise in a diplomatic and sensitive way is also required. It is important that applicants note there is a strong emphasis on administrative work in this role.

CPA UK Finance and Administration Assistant at Band D: £22,371 (entry point) to £25,212 (band maximum) - Permanent position

This an exciting role in a busy and dynamic office in the heart of Parliament. The Finance and Administration Assistant is a unique post and the successful candidate will support the Head of Finance in the delivery of objectives relating to the financial management and administration of the Branch. The post holder also provides administrative support to the HR Adviser with some wider general administrative support for CPA UK activities, governance and operations.
