CPA UK will be sending a delegation of two UK clerks to conduct a rapid institutional assessment of the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Security. The assessment will focus on the effectiveness of the committee of carrying out its oversight function on behalf of the Parliament. The team will also conduct a general assessment of other committees and organise a one-day training programme for parliamentary staff. The dates are 6- 8 November 2019.
